In the BPO sector salaries are linked to skill sets. We give you all the important skills, including soft skills that become more and more important as you rise in seniority. To give you an idea, here are some typical starting salaries -

General Associate:
Average salary of Rs. 6000 PM plus Rs. 2000 for incentives

Accounts Associate
Average salary of Rs.10000 PM plus Rs. 3000 for incentives

Looking forward
